This is an intensive cookery course, but to say that belittles what it truly is. This is not about learning to cook, this is about learning the art of cooking. This course is about getting to know your produce, how to treat each individual element of your dish and bring them all together to create something far more than the sum of its parts. The course covers the full menu, from light, explosive amuse-bouches, to delicate desserts that dance on the tongue.
The group sessions are great fun and important to learn the fundamentals of the kitchen, but the individual lessons are where this course really takes off. Focusing on the skills and the part of the kitchen that takes your interest most is what these are all about. If you are a world-class pastry chef in the making, then your incredible instructor will help you break down every element of this corner of the kitchen. And honestly, while it is not for everyone, there is pretty much no better place in the world to learn about cooking. Argentina is hands-down the queen of this!

As border restrictions for countries begin to ease, being fully vaccinated will maximise the number of locations you can visit.
